单炉单塔生产工业萘需要注意什么?

(1)在精馏塔操作中应将温度控制在199--201颁,使塔顶采出的酚油中含萘量保持在26%--30%。若塔顶温度过低,则酚油中茶含量可降至26%以下,这样有可能导致工业蔡质量不合格;若塔顶温度过高。则酚油含荼量将有可能上升,这样有可能使工业萘的产量有所下降。塔顶温度可用酚油的回流量来进行调节。

(2)在精馏塔操作中,应将塔底温度控制在270- 273"C,使塔底温度采出的洗油中的萘含量保持在3%- -8%。若塔底温度过低,则洗油含茶量大幅上升;若塔底温度过高则工业茶质量也会不合格,塔底温度可用控制循环油槽的液面高度来进行调节。

(3)淡塔生产时,由于同时连续的采出酚油、工业萘和洗油叁种产物,因此,按原料组成中各产物的含量比例采出,以稳定生产,保持萘塔操作的稳定和较高的萘精制率。

(4)精馏塔在稳定状态下,塔顶、塔底和侧线各处温度波动范围不大,由塔底至塔顶70层浮阀塔盘的温度降为75-78颁。既每块塔盘的温度将平均在1颁左右,因此塔底或若塔顶的温度波动会影响仝塔温度梯度的变化。因此,在操作中调节单一因素要考虑全塔温度的影响,切勿单向大幅调节,而应该精心细调,仔细观察全塔的变化情况。
